This policy explains how GamaERP, a product of Job Angula Technology Consulting cc ("we", "us"), handles personal information collected through the gamaerp.com website and, once launched, the GamaERP platform. We keep it short and in plain language.

- Waitlist submissions: when you join the waitlist we collect your name, email address, company name and company size. Submissions are processed by Formspree, a form-handling service, and delivered to us by email.
- Email you send us: if you contact info@angulaconsulting.com, we keep the correspondence.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to operate and secure the site.
This website does not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

3. Data in the GamaERP platform
When your business uses GamaERP, the accounting, payroll and other records you capture belong to your business — we process them only to provide the service. Each tenant's data is isolated from other customers, access is controlled by role-based permissions set by your administrators, and changes are recorded in an audit trail. Platform-specific terms are provided in the subscription agreement when you onboard.
4. Sharing and processors
We share personal information only with the service providers needed to run the website and product (such as hosting and form-handling providers), under their respective data protection terms, or where the law requires disclosure.
5. Retention
We keep waitlist information until you ask to be removed or we conclude the early-access programme. Correspondence is kept as long as it remains relevant to the relationship.
6. Your rights
You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (for example, to be removed from the waitlist). Email info@angulaconsulting.com and we will action it promptly.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting waitlist members will be communicated by email.
