1. Information, not advice
Content on this site — including the compliance guides and the PAYE calculator — is general information for Namibian businesses, provided in good faith. It is not tax, legal or financial advice. Tax rates, thresholds and rules change, and your circumstances may differ. Always confirm current figures with NamRA, the Social Security Commission or a qualified practitioner before filing or making decisions.
2. The PAYE calculator
The calculator provides estimates based on the published tax tables and standard assumptions (a constant monthly salary and no other income, allowances or deductions). Actual payroll results can differ. We accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of calculator output.
3. Early access and pricing
Joining the waitlist does not create a subscription or guarantee access. Pricing shown on this site is indicative and exclusive of VAT; the pricing that applies to your business is the pricing in your subscription agreement.
4. Intellectual property
The GamaERP name, logo and the content of this site belong to Job Angula Technology Consulting cc. You may quote from our guides with attribution and a link; you may not reproduce substantial parts of the site commercially without permission.
5. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorisation, scrape it at disruptive volumes, or submit false information through our forms.
6. Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Namibian law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
